Available in Stainless steel, Brass, Aluminum, Teflon , Carbon steel…These are normally custom built to client specifications and requirements. Insertion lengths are available from .062" to .50" diameter and wall thickness from .006" to .035" and lengths from .250" to 6'. They are made both in solid and welded construction, hex plugs,custom flanges are tig welded or silver brazed to stem and 100% Hydrotested for any leaks. Welding is such that surface be free of any voids, gaps. Close tolerances and uniform tip thickness is maintained for better accuracy. Probe housings are polished to improve overall quality and workmanship. Hex plugs are available in 1/8 npt ,1/4 npt,3/8 npt and ½ npt male threads , other custom built threads are also available.
