Available in Stainless steel, Brass, Aluminum, Copper. They are spun closed, welded and then machined to produce spherical radius, Swaged or flat tips. Tips are machined to have uniform wall thickness and are free from voids and holes. All the tubes are 100% Hydro tested for any leaks, unless specified standard tolerance of +/- .002" is maintained on outer diameter and wall thickness. They are polished for overall quality and workmanship. Close end tubes are often brazed on to flanges as per customer requirements.
